The Hiring Panel
July 10 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pmFree
Join us Wednesday, July 10th for a night with creatives and entrepreneurs at OCMA! We’ll hang out, eat pizza (thanks Vincit for making that happen), drink cold bevvies (thanks Column 5!), hob nob and then hear a panel discussion from some local faves. Our panel will be about what companies and teams look for when hiring, and how to be a great hire. Whether you have a job, are looking for a job, or are freelancing, we can all learn a few things about what teams are looking for in new members, subcontractors, and collaborators.
Tamara Hlava, People Ops & Org Design @ Column Five:
Pragmatic and perceptive People Ops & Org Design leadership with a passion for talent growth + acquisition, creative people and a harmonious work life. I truly thrive on helping organizations take care of their people, hire well and facilitate solutions that help teams execute amazing work. Often this means listening to individuals and scrutinizing assumptions. We all stand to learn the most when we are open-minded and flexible. I have over 28 years of experience working in digital and marketing industries in a variety of roles–as a member of the executive team in people operations (HR), recruiter & talent manager, project manager, interactive producer, advertising production coordinator and office + facilities management.
Panagiota Hatzis, VP of Differentiation at Common Thread Co.
As the Vice President of Differentiation I find the common thread between Logistics, HR, & Culture to secure a touch on CTCs pulse; ensuring our peoples heartbeat never flatlines.
